Description

Benzze Winery. I really recommend this wine to sell to gastronomy. It is pinot noir blanc de noirs, the vintage was very cold and moderate, so it is super balanced, surprising, vibrant, electric acidity, developing reduction. I also really like the barrel, reminding me of Burgundy.
