Description

Domaine De Chassorney Winery.  The nose you find volatile, although just the right amount to give it a polished impression, it is silky and there is smoke, berries, cherries, minerality and chlorine. The taste is also silky smooth, it has soft fruits, good acidity, a bit of smoke, a dark minerality, especially flint and black sand, and fine but quite bold tannins.
