Description

Benzze Winery.  "Aries II". a Riesling from the Rhine from the estate's oldest plantation, the Tempolomdombi vineyard, which was planted in 1976. After gently pressing the entire bunch, it is deposited directly into 750L amphorae for 18-month aging by gravity. It was bottled without filtering, without clarifying and without adding sulfur. In this vintage, 2 Aries amphoras were produced, both of which have such different personalities that they were bottled separately, this is indicated by the serial number I.
