Bruno Schueller is an old friend of the house, more than 20 years of relationship with Andrés Conde, mutual admiration, he is one of the great producers of natural wine in the world.

We looked forward to the time to join our family, it has come, and we are proud and happy to present your wines in Spain.

His home is in Husseren-les-Châteaux, southwest of Colmar, the highest village on the Alsace wine route, where the very independent, intrepid and mischievous Bruno Schueller unfolds his magic. He has been in charge of the Gérard Schueller Père & Fils estate since the age of 18, 10 hectares of vineyard, including 1 hectare of pinot noir and two grands crus, Eichberg and Pfersigberg, in the town of Eguisheim, not far from Husseren.

In the town of Obermorschwihr and on exclusively calcareous soils, it produces one of its most interesting cuvées, Bildstœcklé. But year after year, it offers no fewer than 17 different ones, ranging from edelzwicker to pinot gris to riesling.

For its strains, it prefers pruning in winter, which limits the number of leaves during growth.

Bruno intervenes a minimum in his wines: no or very little sulfur, a first fermentation that reduces residual sugars, then the malolactic fermentation. The result is white wines with great personality, complex, golden, aromatic, dry, with a deep minerality and reds that rival the greatest Burgundian vintages: tasters regularly place their legendary Chant des oiseaux at Nuits-Saint. -Georges ..

Bruno's wines rarely match what is commonly called "Alsace wine" and don't always pass INAO approval, which doesn't bother him at all, quite the contrary. This is the price you willingly pay for maintaining your autonomy and expressing all your creativity.
