Beer 3 Fonteinen 3 Fonteinen Hommage is the result of the maceration of whole (organic) cherries and raspberries, hand-picked, in traditional young lambic, for at least four months, in a proportion of 760 grams of raspberries and 240 grams of cherries per liter. This fruit lambic is then assembled with young lambic and bottled the whole, and the fermentation continues in the bottle.
