Arnaud Chapuis, we met him through the recommendation of Gerard Schueller, we met a lover of Styrian wines and some really surprising wines, we loved them.

Arnaud made some vintages at Domaine de la Romanee Conti, currently working at Domaine Francois de Nicolay, he embarked on his own adventure a few years ago.
Obviously, it is in Burgundy where it happens, in Échevronne (south of Dijon), a town that we had a hard time finding the first time we visited.

We found a sparkling aligote with maceration that surprised us by its purity.

It gives a bubble of great delicacy but also a bitter grapefruit peel, all wrapped in rhubarb, addictive. The iodine explodes right after the citrus, it is a tsunami of purity.

Arnaud Chapuis undoubtedly knows what he has in hand, we hope you like his wines, although as with other producers, we find very limited quantities.
