Description
Store Zeroine – L20PIGA: Variety of grapes: Pinot and Gamay (half/half), certified biodynamic grapes, harvest 2020. Vinification: Semi-carbonic maceration of 20 days (beginning of cold maceration). Slow fermentation at a cellar temperature of 14°. No added sulfur. Ageing: 1 year of aging in wooden barrels, replenishing every 2 weeks.
