Description

Winery Vinas Mora. First of our Primosten Babic range. Made from vineyards from different locations on the Primosten hills. Up to 300m of attitude, wines up to 50 years old. All the grapes come from bush vineyards. It means no machining, spraying once a year, working only by hand.
Fermentation in open 1000L barrels, 4 days in contact with the skins, a single racking, 1/4 in old oak.
