Orange Wine: 50% de Traminer 2021: 10 days in whole grapes, then start punching down once a day for 14 days, that is, vinification for 24 days. Aged in sandstone amphorae for 11 months 25% de Gewurztraminer 2020: 7 days in whole grapes then start of punching down twice a day for 7 days, that is, vinification of 16 days. Aged in barrel for 11 months. 25% de Gewurztraminer 2021: 9 days in whole grapes, then start of punching once a day for 9 days, that is, vinification of 18 days. Aged in Foudre for 11 months.
