Bfm abbaye. Saint Bon-Chien Abbey is a mixed acid fermentation beer matured for a year in barrels that have contained wine. Aging in oak barrels and working with wild yeasts give this beer a surprising diversity of aromas. Its remarkable complexity, its balance, its roundness and its length in the mouth are the result of the meticulous assembly of the barrels. On the palate it recalls the frame of a fruity red wine, with marked acidity.
